Two of the greatest examples of commitment and consistency to their training regimen are Mataya and RJ Hall.

Over the past two years, this brother-sister duo has attended more than 350 training sessions — often showing up multiple times a day.

Mataya has been known to hit a 6:30 a.m. workout before school and return in the evening for another. RJ, equally driven, balances multiple teams and trainers while maintaining relentless consistency, often training five or more sessions weekly.

They didn’t limit their work to basketball training sessions either. Their calendar has also included trainer-led strength and conditioning programs, shooting development, and even physical therapy.

Mataya — All-State selection, averaged 20+ points per game for multiple seasons, State Champion, and now playing Division I basketball.
RJ — Varsity starter as a freshman and ranked among the top players in Oklahoma for his class.

As Brandi summarized perfectly:
