Client Feature- Cashon Webster: Consistency Creates Great

There’s a version of success that looks loud.

Big moments. Sudden leaps. Overnight breakthroughs.

And then there’s the version that actually lasts.

Cashon Webster’s growth is the second kind.

Cashon has trained with JP3 for over four years, logging more than 100 training sessions along the way. Through early mornings, late evenings, and full varsity schedules, one thing has never changed—his consistency.

Even during seasons when his workload is already heavy with early morning school practices and late night games, Cash continues to attend training consistently. Not because it’s easy, but because he understands something many athletes don’t:

Consistency creates confidence.
Confidence creates performance.

This season, that work is showing up in a big way.

According to his mother, Robin, Cashon has been playing extremely well—averaging 20 points per game while making noticeable strides on the defensive end. What has stood out most isn’t just the scoring, but the completeness of his game.

That growth didn’t happen by accident.

Robin credits JP3 Training with helping Cashon develop confidence, which has translated directly into his overall play. When an athlete knows who they are, understands their role, and trusts their preparation, everything speeds up. Decisions become clearer. Hesitation fades.

But confidence doesn’t replace work—it amplifies it.

Outside of training, Cashon spends as much time as possible in the gym shooting and sharpening his craft. He’s a tireless worker who leads by example in workouts and has done so for years. Whether it’s the first drill or the last rep, Cashon brings the same energy and focus.

That mindset—show up, work, lead—has become his identity.

As Cashon looks ahead, his goal is simple and clear: play college basketball. Cash has recently joined the Pathway to College program, which has helped him gain confidence in understanding that opportunities may exist and that the process to pursuing them. Just as on the court, clarity replaces doubt when athletes have a plan.

Robin shared something that resonates with many families navigating this journey:

Sometimes your child needs an outside source to help them achieve their goals.

JP3 Training has been that source—providing structure, accountability, confidence, and guidance during critical developmental years.

Cashon’s story isn’t about shortcuts or sudden spikes.

It’s about years of consistent effort, showing up when it’s inconvenient, leading when it’s not required, and trusting that steady work compounds.

Consistency doesn’t always look exciting.

But it can create great.
